The problem
Landlords track tenants in a phone, send rent reminders one by one, and work out each room's water and electricity by hand every month.
What we're building
We're building a manager where each room has its tenant, contract and meter readings. On the due date tenants get a reminder with a KHQR code for the exact amount, and the landlord sees who has paid at a glance.
