An assistant for Facebook Pages that answers the usual customer questions in Khmer, day and night, and hands hard ones to a person.
The problem
Shops on Facebook answer the same questions all day: the price, the sizes, the delivery fee, where the shop is. Replies come late at night or not at all, and customers move on to another page.
What we built
We're building an assistant that learns a shop's products, prices and delivery rules, then replies in natural Khmer within seconds. When a question is unusual or a customer is upset, it passes the chat to a staff member with a short summary.
